Frequently asked questions

Do we pay for the whole fleet?

No. You pay only for activated vehicles, and different groups of vehicles can be on different packages.

We already have a GPS system. Can we keep it?

Yes. We connect it once and add trip detection and city reporting on top: the “Trips without counting” package.

What if a device fails?

Service is included at your package level. If a vehicle stays in repair beyond the service-level time through our fault, its subscription is not charged.

Who owns the data?

You do. Reports and full exports are available in every package.
